Installation steps
Drilling and fixing: According to the designed position, use an electric drill to drill a hole in the wall, put the switch power box into the hole, and fix it with screws or concrete, foam, etc. to ensure that the box is level and stable.
Wiring connection: Disconnect the power supply, and connect the elevator power line to the corresponding terminal of the switch power box in accordance with the electrical installation specifications. Connect firmly, ensure that the wire color matches the terminal to avoid wrong connection, and wrap the joint with insulating tape.
Installation of protective devices: Install leakage protectors, fuses and other protective devices as needed, and connect the lines to ensure that the power supply can be cut off in time in the event of leakage, overload, etc., to protect the safety of equipment and personnel.
Inspection and testing: After the installation is completed, check whether the switch power box is installed firmly, whether the wiring is correct, and whether there is any looseness, short circuit, etc. Then turn on the power, use tools such as electric pens to test whether the power box is energized, check whether the switch is open and closed normally, and whether the power output is stable.

Function:
Power conversion: Convert AC power from the mains into DC power suitable for elevator control systems and related equipment. For example, convert common 220V or 380V AC power into DC power of different levels such as 24V and 12V to provide stable DC power for the elevator's control panel, sensors, indicator lights, door locks, etc.
Stable voltage output: Ensure that the output DC voltage is stable within the specified range. During the operation of the elevator, the mains voltage may fluctuate. The switch power box stabilizes the output voltage at the standard value required by the equipment through the internal voltage stabilization circuit to prevent damage to the elevator equipment due to excessively high or low voltage, and ensure the stable operation of the elevator control system.
Overcurrent protection: When the current in the circuit exceeds the set value, the switch power box will automatically cut off the power supply or limit the current to protect the elevator equipment from damage due to overcurrent. For example, when a short circuit occurs in a component of the elevator, causing an abnormal increase in current, the overcurrent protection function will start quickly to prevent the equipment from burning due to high current, and also prevent safety accidents such as fire caused by overcurrent.
