Lift Spare Parts Board New & Original for Elevator MT70-CTB-B

New & Original for Elevator  MT70-CTB-B Lift Spare Parts Board

Function:
Signal acquisition and transmission
Receive input signals from various switches on the top of the car, such as light curtain signals, door opening and closing signals, etc., and transmit these signals to the main control board through communication cables, so that the main control board can understand the real-time status of the elevator car.
Communicate with the command board in the car, receive button command signals, such as floor call commands, driver commands, fire commands, etc., and transmit these signals to the main control board.
Door machine control
Output door machine opening and closing signals according to the instructions of the main control board, control the action of the door machine on the top of the car, and realize the normal opening and closing of the elevator door.
Support through door control, and can perform corresponding door machine control for elevators with front and rear doors.
Signal output and display drive

Installation steps
Positioning and fixing: Determine the installation position of the car top board according to the structure and installation drawings of the elevator car. Generally speaking, the car top board should be installed on the top of the car near the control panel for easy wiring and connection. Use screws or other fixing devices to firmly fix the car top board to the bracket or mounting plate on the top of the car to ensure that it is firmly installed to prevent vibration or loosening during the operation of the elevator.
Electrical connection:
Power connection: Connect the power line of the elevator to the corresponding power terminal of the car top board. Usually, the car top board needs to be connected to an AC power supply of 220V or other specified voltage. Ensure that the power line is connected correctly, has good contact, and is insulated to prevent short circuit and leakage accidents.
Communication line connection: Connect the communication lines between the car top board and the elevator main control board, the operation panel in the car, the floor station call box and other equipment. These lines usually use dedicated communication cables, which are correctly connected according to the drawing markings, and ensure that the cables are laid neatly to avoid cross interference with other strong power lines.
Sensor and actuator connection: Connect the connecting wires of various sensors (such as light curtain sensors, door machine limit switches, etc.) and actuators (such as door machine controllers, arrival clocks, etc.) installed on the top of the car to the corresponding input and output terminals of the car top board. Pay attention to the polarity and correctness of the wiring when connecting to ensure that the sensor can accurately transmit the signal to the car top board, and the car top board can effectively control the action of the actuator.
Wiring arrangement: Arrange all connected wires and cables, tie them into bundles, and fix them with wire clamps or wire troughs to prevent the wires and cables from shaking or rubbing against other components during the operation of the elevator, causing damage to the line. At the same time, ensure that the wiring complies with the safety specifications and standards for elevator installation, and there must be no exposed wires or unfixed cables.
