Preparation before installation

Function:

Change the direction of movement: Through reasonable layout and belt winding method, the direction of movement of the belt is changed, so that the car and the counterweight can move up and down relative to each other in the vertical direction to meet the traffic needs between different floors of the building.
Balance the car and counterweight: Cooperate with the counterweight device, by adjusting the winding and tension of the belt on the wheel, the weight of the car and the counterweight is balanced. This can reduce the gravity difference that the motor needs to overcome during operation, reduce energy consumption, and also help improve the smoothness of the elevator operation, reduce vibration and noise.
